      completely isolated virtual world. difficult to connect. the pandemic probably did not help.

      completely virtual world, sometime you need to interact with real people.

      eXp Realty = Growth, Collaboration and Success

      Pros

      The model promotes a level of collaboration and contribution unlike anything I have ever seen. I get help from some of the industry leaders on a weekly business. This has led my business to explode.

      Cons

      There is a challenge to keep up with the learning curve of growing this fast.
