Good culture and they set the tone for how real estate models are set up. You can build a good career and wealth with them.

Cons

Make sure you have a good upline and have people who care about you mentoring you. Can be tough if new agent but get a good mentor

Best Brokerage Out There

Pros

Best benefits you can possibly receive from a brokerage when it comes to stocks and health insurance. The structure of the downline for recruitment is stronger than its competitors and can set you and your family up for life and retirement. Also provides strong and endless resources for education and skills development.

Cons

Its a very large company and no easy way to search and find a group or team that fits you best online. You must know someone with the company to help you find that. On the plus side once you are in transferring teams and groups is easy!
