      Pros

      high tech, great recruiting strategy for agents

      Cons

      80/20 split! 16,000 cap. NO BROKER TO HELP! no office to bring clients to and very hard to work for based on the fact that a real estate office needs to have an office to operate.

      Pros

      It’s remote so it is convenient for people to want to work from home.

      Cons

      They fired employees after they got back from maternity leave and some employee on their birthday. One employee got fired from just an email with no explanation why. Manager told me I was just another number in the company. They are hiring people from overseas but firing everyone who helped build relationships with agents.

      Don't Believe the Hype - They're Burying Negative Reviews

      Pros

      I liked my team and direct leadership until they turned out to be snakes out for themselves. eXp does offer its employees great benefits. Plus, you get to see how a billion dollar real estate cult functions from the inside.

      Cons

      eXp only cares about the real money makers of their biz - the realtors. Hence why all of the fantastic reviews are written by realtors. There are also a few fake positive reviews around the time the layoffs started, by 'staff'. (Mid Sept.) You read that right, there were and are layoffs happening, but we were told a week prior that nobody needed to worry about their jobs. The same week I didn't give such a great review in our employee satisfaction survey - which oddly enough isn't anonymous. Honorable Mentions: Leadership expected you to be working all the time and even with the unlimited PTO, seemed annoyed when you wanted to take time off.
