Regis Offices over old brick and mortar. Access to continued education & training classes anytime in the virtual platform. High commission percentage and lucrative revenue share potential.

Cons

Requires adaptation from the old way of doing business in real estate. Must be willing to stay up to date on technical advances in virtual technology and marketing. Self-motivation, personal organization, and time management are essential for success.

It's a growing company so we're going through "Growing Pains". That's ok with me because I get more ownership in the company early on as it's still on the "Ground Floor".
