I've been with eXp for less than a year but have been watching them for several years now and wished I would have followed my gut back then. As an Agent Owner I feel more compelled to be the absolute best in my attitude, my professionalism, my continued growth and education within the industry. Practically round the clock support, at your fingertip information and endless expansion. This post doesn't even scratch the surface of my excitement for partnering with eXp Realty.

Cons

Easy to get comfy in your non traditional brick and mortar office. You have to make it a priority to get out amoung your peers and potential client base.

So many pros! Every agent is owner/shareholder in the company and many stock awards are issued every year. Excellent splits and low annual cap. The best lead generation tools and training in the industry (IMHO) for only $50 month. I was able to build an amazing team and now earn revenue share (over $100k in passive income every year). Last but not least.... the PEOPLE at eXp are incredible! Everyone is always happy to help, share and give back - even if they are in Seattle and you're in Austin. you have to be a self starter and be motivated to attend classes and work from home or one of the Regus coworking offices.

Exp is the best real estate firm to work with. It's cloud based and owned by the agents. They provide all the necessary tools to be successful and everyone goes far and beyond to help. I plan on retiring from this company.

Cons

There are no downsides. I love everything about this company
