Pros

Great split with 16k cap, revenue share when attracting other agents, stock, technology, out of this world top training.

Cons

No local office space however that's what allows the great splits, rev share & stock. Most agents are on the move daily anyways so you can office anywhere.

The company has an extensive, actually overwhelming, amount of training and coaching available to agents. The collegiality of everyone here is great and meeting are not only informative but true networking events which makes it both fun and useful to attend. The career development potential for agents here is virtually unlimited. If you work hard at your business here, it will be handsomely rewarded.

Cons

Onboarding was a bit tedious, but lots of good people to help.
