Pros

I'm having fun in real estate again! I've been in real estate 13 years and I decided to switch to eXp a couple of months ago and I wish I had done it sooner. Training is not just watching a video! They have live training where you can interact and comment every day if the week. The sharing of ideas is also startling compared to other companies I've worked for.

Cons

There are always some cons to every workplace depending on the person but for me I don't have any at this time.

Highly engaged leadership and great systems and processes leveraging the latest technology. A growing company with outstanding culture.

Cons

None. To succeed in this industry you need to be a self motivated person. If someone doesn't have the work ethic to go with being a real estate professional, then they won't appreciate this company.
