Great split, lots of training on my schedule, no office duty, choices of the best technology available for real estate, stock in the company for just doing my job, and I'm helping fund other realtors' retirement with company share of my commission, just as other agents will fund mine. I am so happy I switched!

Cons

Absolutely none! I go to open houses to get interaction with other agents, and my time is my own to manage.

Revenue share, which is better than profit share. The ability to work from anywhere at anytime. The ability to have questions answered immediately. The mentoring program is so much better for newer agents than any other agency out there. The split is so much better...no franchise fees! I cannot day enough wonderful things about this company.

Cons

On boarding can be a bit bumpy and confusing in the beginning, but thankfully your mentor is there to help you through.
