Pros

eXp Realty is growing very quickly, which is very exciting to be a part of, and it means there are plenty of opportunities to make an impact and grow in your role. The people here are smart, enthusiastic, and helpful. Employees work remotely, but are able to collaborate through eXp World, our cloud-based campus.

Cons

Along with explosive growth comes occasional growing pains. Be prepared to wear many hats, and roll up your sleeves. I also wish eXp offered a 401k, but I've heard HR is working to get one in place.
