eXp is the "Amazon of Real Estate"! This company is all about AGENTS HELPING AGENTS... to build their business as well as REVENUE SHARE (not profit share) from company commission splits, allowing us to build a passive, residual income for retirement. This, combined with phenomenal support and training AND publicly traded stock (which is soaring) GIVEN to us made my decision to join eXp a "no-brainer"! So glad I had an open mind and did not miss the boat because THIS is the future of real estate!

Cons

Absolutely NONE! This company offers everything we need to be successful and build a retirement. It also removes competition among agents and replaces it with collaboration.

If you absolutely need the structure and walls of an office -- it might not be for you, but even then there are ways to have an office.

I have enjoyed working at eXp Realty because of the innovation that leadership and directors have. The comission splits are appropriate for working a lead and you have be support through closing, along with top notch tools to get you there. Truly the freedom to make your business YOUR business!
