The advantages are that they provide excellent support from transactions to training, in the cloud. So you can be in your jammies at home but sit in an auditorium, raise your hand to ask questions, all as an avatar. The technology of lead gen, transaction management ( like dot loop except its much easier ) instant questions answered by your broker through Voxer, CINC, make it rain, and so much more. They also give us a membership to Regis to have a meeting space, we get stock and 80/20 to 100 split (as an icon agent) as you build a team you receive passive income, and you can keep your own brand.

The service oriented staff in cloud always there when I need them very efficient! Also love all of the passive income options and that I have stock ownership! Amazing options agents have never had in the past!

Cons

It takes a good 2 weeks to get used to thinking of going into eXpWorld to resolve issues and questions... be calling someone. But after you restrain yourself, Business is so much more efficient and effective!
