WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!!!! I am in M2M which I take calls for return escalation's, This job is depressing, overwhelming, uninspired, and unrealistic when it comes to metrics. This job is pretty much set up for failure. Metrics are a joke and pretty much have to be a therapist to these members due to the lack of policy ebay offers to the sellers just so you can possibly get a good res score. I am not a therapist and this job with make u mentally drained to where you will need a therapist. There is noooooo room for movement even tho they constantly say there is in training. Good amount of transfers have to be made because the system is a joke and always crashing. You will speak to third party reps who disconnect on you when the member needs help in THEIR department, They will challenge you and pretty much make you job way harder then it already is, on top of that the transfer rate is a metric you need to make but yet we get calls re routed to us when third party reps could of taken or we get disconnected on. So tell me how am I suppose to make my goal??????? You are on your own and lucky enough to get a TL who actually cares. At the end of the day its all about numbers with ebay, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FEEDBACK!!!!
I cant wait till the day I can quit this job, I cry most days and feel frustrated and massive headaches for speaking to Members who are rude to you for 8 hours!!!!! Ive worked at many call centers but this one is by far the worst and un-organized one. The turnover rate is bad, I had 22 people in my training class and now there is only 11. I dread clocking in every morning. Been looking for something else and cant wait till i can finally leave this place.
