Free soft drinks and an assortment of snacks; wide variety of companies under the eBay umbrella; highly profitable and only missed bonus payments twice since the early 2000's; a culture of innovation and ability to create your own hours without management watching the clock; 4 week sabbatical after every four years of employment; overall a great place to work!

Large company fighting the economic downturn; Groups can be a bit overprotective of their general area with a lot of politics; some fragmentation amonst the mergers and acquisitions.
