Pros

So far, most people seem happy while they're working at eBay. Compared to other high tech companies I've worked at, employees seem more relaxed yet just as productive.

Cons

I'm a contractor so I don' t feel the same attachment as I would as a FTE. I also am not privy to management decision making and staff meetings, so I am left out of the loop sometimes.

as an Engineer, our working hours are very flexible, but at a cost , you can be pulled into work 24 hours. You have opportunities to switch to different departments. always learn some new technology.
