Pros

Solid company, excellent staff, good liquidity, and generally a "fun" place to work. The company still has some perks (e.g., free snacks and soda). The company does provide a nice benefit package with all of the normal perks (e.g. 401k match, health, dental, life, and AD&D insurance).

Cons

Stock options are a significant portion of your overall compensation package and the recent stock performance is bad. Morale is down due to the recent Barron's article around potential layoffs. Process / cost control is pretty limited. Still a lot of managers and Directors that are more interested in personal dynasty building versus overall company performance.
