      The worst company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      N/A ... Oh wait, "bagel days" haha. You get free bagels every Wed. free soda well , I guess that's about it

      Cons

      Clueless management. I worked there for a year and moved desks/supervisors 7 times. They hire over 200 ppl August through October every year and fire them all for no reason May through July. They look for a little tiny reason to fire you. You can't even go offline to use bathroom .."that's what breaks are for" This company is a joke. I'm happy not to be associated with this company longer.

      Pros

      I was with eBay a good few years and saw many changes and much growth. Overall I though the ethos and the values of the company strong, set by management. Also, there was a lot of time to be had 'for you' on a personal level. It was full of 'clever people' and the best MBA I NEVER had to pay for (to quote a fellow ex employee). It was good times...

      Cons

      Either you are favoured and on the fast track to the top - or not. Some of the promotions for some staff were a total mystery - how did that happen. At times, process was more important than result, as was the presentation.

      Pros

      Amazing idea, incredible product. Some of the smartest people out there are in the trenches Nice facilities with gym "feel good" culture with a tradition of charitable giving.

      Cons

      Management often uses nepotism to decide on meaty projects or promotions. Untapped talent withers while less talented advance. Bureaucratic, reorg-happy, adn fire drill oriented.
