      Salary is good for a customer service job.

      Cons

      Cold calling to recruit sellers to a program. A predefined target must be achieved. Have to call sellers multiple times and leave voice mails etc. 90% of the job is being on phones to sellers. All calls are recorded and all screens are recorded. Team leaders have targets to listen to X amount of your calls on a weekly basis. Consistent rounds of rudandcy.

      benefits and salaries are good, good carrier chances

      Cons

      old-fashioned when it comes to who gets promotions (very ass-licking culture), many highly incompetent people in top and mid-management, whereas credits for lower level people that are highly competent often get stolen. a bit annoying how low the level of competence in the international org is (regional orgs were different)
