      I learned so much about communication, business development, and how to operate in a corporate space. I still use these skills.

      Cons

      They'll give you the responsibilities of your superiors but not pay or promote you. The amount of politics is out of this world. If your manager doesn't like you, you're toast, you'll never get interviews or opportunities. My manager was excellent, and he did his best to advocate for us, but I had to take FMLA because I legit had a nervous breakdown.
