      Cons

      No direction or leadership or strategy. This company is so far behind in lighting its scary. Lazy, unfocused employees for the most part. 95% of employees are just trying to keep their jobs and will do or say anything to stay under the radar. A classic story of business not innovating. Avoinf this place like the plague.
