Career opportunity growth, challenging environment in a good way, good benefits, great people to work with, I enjoyed coming to work....almost all gone.

Cons

Lighting industry is changing quickly, not a place to start a career, continued headcount reduction, non-stop reorganization, growth potential is limited. Expect to work US holidays.

sometimes constructive and creative working atmosphere market leading products

Cons

no strategy at all (at least in Goetzeler and Dehen periods) manufacturing oriented - insufficient market focus neglecting of opinion of employees - up to labor conflicts weak process management
