Everybody is quite new and it’s easier to out perform. Everyone is a fresh grad. Anyone can become a management

The boss is useless. management gets all the benefit. If you are in management level or can speak chinese u have the upper hand. Racist boss

Nothing good to mention at all.

Cons

Completely mess up and chaotic, couple with workplace jerk, it is completely disaster. Quality of product is completely ignored. Compensation is below industry standards.
