dynamic, growing company, interesting technology, constantly improving product portfolio, international exposure, global work environment, public. A good place to work, very nice co workers. solid finances.

Cons

constant change, management changes quite frequently, company has a size in the industry which makes it a merger or aquisition candidate which can lead to a drastic change.

OSI employs very talented people. Challenging workload will allow you to learn a lot about processes, key systems and the industry.

Cons

The lighting industry is undergoing unprecedented change due to the switch to LEDs. As a result there has been multiple bouts of reorganization in the last few years.

Plenty of autonomy in position, traveled region as needed to work with customers and with sales reps, etc. Worked from home office. Plenty of administration support from staff at the Lighting Center (hdqrts in Danvers, MA)

Cons

micro management with regards to sales numbers, expenses. Too many time wasting internal meetings
