      Pros

      Company has it’s roots for more than 100 years. Very well known in the industry and very safe environment for an employee. You will be worm welcomed from the first day. Pressure is not a high levels but the business is stable and the rules are real rules. You don’t stress about losing your job here, people are helpful.

      Doesn’t pay the best salary in the market.

      Pros

      - Great colleagues, best I could wish for still in contact. - Great direct manager - Flexible and work life balance - HR team is responsive and responsible, best of the best.

      Cons

      -The entire focus shifted towards OSRAM product and this goal is not aligned with SG site focus, and honestly it's not looking good. -Retrenchment perhaps still on-going and many forced leave. -Think trice or more before joining for SG site. However, it's a whole different story for their site in Kulim, Malaysia.
