Could be a great company. Salary is fair compared to competition. Great benefits including the matching 401k and stock sharing programs.

Cons

There is a major lack in leaderships ability to effectively lead. Supervisors have been allowed to behave very unprofessionaly for way too long causing a drop in branch moral. Employees are expected to follow the "rules", which is fine if the rules weren't constantly changing to protect the behavior of the leadership. I believe that if change isn't made within the organization that this company has the potential to be a sinking ship.
