      Pros

      Working at Osram has many pros even if the situation has dramatically changed during the last 10 years. Pros - respect for the employees - smart working - working time flexibility - good salary package - internal trainings

      Cons

      Due to unstable situation and many wrong decisions taken by the management the cons of working at Osram have worsen. - No way to advance in career - Difficult to get salary increase - No meritocracy - Management never changing

      Growth and Experience

      Pros

      Great opportunities for professional growth and learning through experience and also networking in the industry. Continuous self improvement and goal setting is important to the company. Have met some amazing people that have motivated and contributed to my success.

      Cons

      In culture rich countries sometimes management will be hired in from Europe which caused a culture and language barrier to efficient communication and morale. Culture differences in global units should be evaluated before appointing local management, and they should be flexible to adapt to the market.

      Everyone is really nice and helps you if needed Good work condition Canteen with reasonable prices Very cultural which is very nice

      Cons

      Large company and large hierarchy Salaries are good but not much increase is you ask
