      Consistent but not reliable

      Cons

      Lies from the very start. This place tells you after 90 days you will be hired on that never happens they get rid of temps faster than they hire them. Its a revolving door. They let you go for no reason and the only way to get ahead in this place is if you have friends or family already working so much favouritism and rules do not apply to everyone

      Good work life balance, nice colleagues, flexible working hours, home office possible, nice working environment

      Cons

      No clear communication between management and employees, very bad working climate - gossip, nobody knows where company is going since new management board, no training possibilities, promotions unreachable

However, we are really sorry to read, that you would not recommend our company further. We are continuously working on further development activities concerning our company-wide communication, which remains a high priority goal. Our career paths and training possibilities are created in alignment with the departments and we will soon introduce new career paths as well as an improved career path process. It is our focus to provide effective and essential training possibilities. Therefore we evaluate training needs from the yearly staff appraisals and will also continue in improving this process.
