      Pros

      Stable company. Relax working environment. Good medical benefit.

      Cons

      No increment for 2 years. Benefits are reduced. A lot of non value added long procedures even to get a simple thing done. Frequent reorganisation every year.

      Good company with a lot of headaches

      Flexible times, good pay, flexibility with remote working (i.e. from home)

      Cons

      constantly changing systems, poorly implementing new systems (very manual efforts), HR in general is poor - feedback about questions, benefits, etc, work life balance

It is great to see that you appreciate our efforts in terms of flexible working times. We support remote working where possible and see this as part of our culture of trust.       Unstable, Unfair

      Working on latest technology development, which is quite challenging and interesting.

      Cons

      Lost our main customer / business. Yet to secure new business. Not looking good for the next few years. Potential plant closure. Scapegoating exercise whenever there is a screw up. Even top managements are not spared. Retrenchment and cost cutting in all departments including RnD dept. If a tech company is not investing in RnD, how can we move forward and be the market leader once again? In 2021, Engineers and below did not received any variable bonus, only a fixed amount of profit sharing regardless of their 2020 performance. Those who work hard for the past 1 year will get the exact same reward as those who slacks / with lesser responsibility.
