      Pros

      Good colleagues. Some department allows WFH.

      Cons

      Retrenchment in batches since 2 -3 years ago. only 1 key customer. A lot of not functioning management people, very political. Waste $$ on unnecessary events. Management poor planning. Promotion and recruitment freezed since 2024. Used to have about 7k total employees in 2019, now only 1k+ employees.
