Pros

Supportive colleagues and a mostly common to do attitude. Incredibly well resourced, with access to products, tools and assets that will help you to grow your career. Flexible environment, gym access and work from home or from many other locations. Inspirational brand leadership and true star athletes supporting our footprint as a company.

Cons

Sometimes politics are driving decisions that benefit some teams/areas in a short term rather than looking for the long term of the whole company. High level of internal competitivity between different business units of the company, that creates many internal frictions and team fractures. The enemy we need to fight it's outside, and we need to do this together. Very policy minded, so inflexible processes can make structures very rigid to grow properly or to adapt to changes.

Pros

Awesome culture, laid back environment, great benefits. Very diverse group of employees. Lots of fun events. Plenty of growth opportunity. Lots of really good training classes that you can take to further your skillsets. Teams feel like families. North America president is honest, strategic, and has a great sense of humor.

Cons

Certain areas of the business are really struggling to retain employees. Lack of acceptance to critical feedback and taking responsibility rather than management always blaming employees. Workload can be overwhelming and sometimes repetitive with no actions or outcomes from all the work put into it. However, I do not feel that all departments of the company have theses issues.
