      There is a seriously “toxic” culture throughout many teams and departments. Great people and teams are constantly undermined by senior management. There is a huge lack of respect for people who are delivering the real value. Senior leadership put their own success first and ego stroking, often forcing team members into burnout and suffering from mental health issues. Win at all costs.
