Pros

Benefits - healthcare and time-off are generous

Cons

Lack of career growth. Adidas US has very limited opportunities in merchandising and product management unless you are at the entry level.

Pros

Great benefits Great perks Gym on campus/workout at lunch Employee discount- and discounts with affiliate brands Relaxed work attired allowed- no suits or formal wear here!

Cons

Salaries seem to be higher outside of this industry. It is often very hard to move up or get promoted. Managers have a reputation here for not trying to grow their employees and promote within; it's as if they feel threatened and don't want to see their staff succeed.
