Pros

free gym, free parking, great people to work with, get to meet some sporting stars, nice environment with the new office building.

Cons

not enough money for the responcibilty, too many managers, too much work for the head count on the floor, managers are recognised but not the staff

A company that's trying to find it's self

Pros

200 dollars in free clothes that is given quarterly. Gives you chances to learn how to run a business. The benefits are great for retail.

Cons

No real structure, the company doesn't really seem to know where it wants to go. They deleted the assistant manager position which really takes away a lot of the chance of advancement with the company. The pay was horrible. Didn't get much reconition from senior management for doing a great job; felt like the DM was treating me as an idiot who couldn't do their job. Had to do a lot of activities that is way more than what the job description is and got not reconition in return.
