      The two best things about adidas are it's rich history and the workforce.

      Cons

      No career paths, outdated technology and equipment, European management that doesn't understand American pop culture, too much red tape, undefined rolls and responsibilities,

      Pros

      There are many talented people to work with and to learn from. Good campus. If you are good, patient and work hard you'll be promoted.

      Cons

      Salary below average when you start. Poor management and leadership. No clear mission. Too many fruitless meetings. Gym is a joke ;)

      - 30% discount - some great products & heritage - good relationships with most colleagues - good environment compared to other retail stores

      Cons

      - promotion from within is non-existent - senior management are out of touch with their employees; make them feel like they are incompetent - "bonuses" and "incentives" are bogus - itchy, ugly polo uniforms are enforced now - mostly self training - low morale in employees
