      Pros

      Ask anyone at adidas and the first pro are the other employees. Second, it's a great brand with a lot of heritage. Third, it's a very exciting, cool place to work with a lot of opportunity

      Can be a little too political at times, control is very centralized. Systems and processes are not a strong point

      Pros

      Nice people, flexible hours, good discount. Working as a sales associate at adidas is very low pressure. They want you to make goals, but it isn't the end of the world if you don't. I think they mostly just want positive people.

      Cons

      The New York corporate level can be a bit disorganized, and they are slow to listen to advice of store managers.
