      Pay is low and company rarely gives raises Slow days can make the day drag on, with nothing to do but stand around Not always motivated to sell product, because you get paid hourly Closing and cleaning up store can be tedious and boring

      Benefits for the employees are very good (gym, medical care, life insuranse, discounts in the stores, and the membership for a supermarket. Good envirement to work. Company cares about their employee. A lot of activities to participate in.
