Pros

The reverse commute was the only good thing about this job.

Cons

Poor Benefits and Environment No 401k PTO Allotment Bad management of my group No interest in fixing root issues, band-aiding was the name of the game. I would say more but this place has already tried to subpoena my identity and tried to start a defamation lawsuit based on "Krinsky v. Doe 6, 159 Cal. App. 4th 1154 (2008)" because of my last post. Careful leaving a bad review of this place.

Beware! ZoomInfo is a modern-day slave shop

Pros

Exciting Product, Ambitious CEO, Option to choose between a Mac and PC

Cons

Ever dreamt of toxic managers who are on your case 24x7? Want to work around the clock and still be belittled? Eager to work on 15-16 hour days on average? Look no further. ZoomInfo, the modern day slave shop is here to save the day. With disrespectful management that is looking to score points with their bosses at the expense of making you work nonstop, the Marketing and GTM teams at ZoomInfo are bringing back slavery back to corporate America that Lincoln and MLK raised their voice against. The team has undergone several layoffs without a solid reason (racism, favoritism is rampant) and management has later covered up to avoid the team morale to fall. However, most of my colleagues are actively looking for new jobs to escape the horrendous work culture. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother entertaining this company. It will be the biggest mistake of your career. Note: This is an honest account of my time at ZoomInfo. My review may or may not attract HR attention, but if it does, please ignore. Truth hurts. Really.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are saddened to hear about your poor experience with us. At ZoomInfo, one of our core values is “Define New Possibles.” This means we work hard and we work fast, pushing past the limits that caused other companies to stall out. Having said that, “One Team One Dream” is also one of our core values, which means we support each other and treat our colleagues with respect. While we do not believe your opinion reflects that of the majority of our employee community, we take this feedback very seriously and will continue to work diligently to improve. At ZoomInfo, we categorically reject racism and hate; it has no place here. We have robust Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs, including an active Employee Resource Group network, to ensure all our employees are heard, supported and included. If you have any additional perspectives you’d like to share with us, please feel free to reach out to HRfeedback@zoominfo.com. We wish you success in your future endeavors.

Pros

I do believe the product is as good as its lead competitors Apollo, Sales Intel.

Cons

Worst experience of my career. Little to no training on the product I supported. I had to teach myself and was then expect to present. They tried to put me on a plan on month 4 when I had not ever be fully trained. The manager never came to 27 minutes late to a 30 minute meeting. This happen every time we met. This company is a mess from the top to the bottom. I was a number there and I ended up leaving at 4 months. I never had an exit interview so decided to write this. The CEO is not a nice person and I would not speak to him if I ran into him in the street. That is a theme throughout the company. They are just not nice people across the board.

I'm very sorry that things did not work out for you here at ZoomInfo and I appreciate you taking time to share your thoughts. I'm Robert Daugherty and lead our Global Talent Acquisition function and take all feedback to heart, While there are always opportunities for us to get better, we are proud of our teams that lead our training as the feedback we get from new employees is overwhelmingly positive. Again, I apologize that it didn't work for you. As for our CEO not being a nice person, I can assure you that he is...he's also incredibly passionate about ZoomInfo and its employees and is relentless about making sure we have a best-in-class product led by best-in-class employees. You should have received an email for an exit interview, but if you didn't, please reach out to me directly and I'll ensure we can capture all of your feedback. Thank you again for taking time to leave your feedback and I wish you the absolute best in your future career endeavors.
