Pros
The environment at DiscoverOrg is one of high expectations, collaboration, & accountability. If you want to make a real contribution and help build something awesome, this is the place to do it. And I genuinely like almost everyone that I know at this company. It's full of hard-working, smart, talented, fun and interesting people. There's a strong sense of culture here, but not in an exclusionary way - personalities and interests are really diverse, we just all have some key values in common - basically everything in the last sentence.
Cons
I'll be the first to admit that this culture isn't for everyone. Part of the company's manifesto literally states that we'll never have a ping-pong table. You pretty much need to be a no-BS kind of person to thrive here. If owning up to your failures and refraining from complaining are difficult for you, I might think twice.
