Pros

ZoomInfo is a great company to work for. Not only it has created amazing work environment where you can soar high and advance, but it puts their people first. Amazing company hiring amazing people, where we all can make a difference and our voices are heard. Fantastic benefits packages to choose from. Great pay structure. Open door policies. Promotion opportunities within. Hands on training. In my entire career (prior to ZoomInfo), I've always work for much, much smaller companies, and I feared working in a very big corporate environment. However, while ZoomInfo is a global company, it made me feel like home.

Cons

If I had any cons, it would be at times the last minute business decision, but then again... In any business, when a good opportunity presents its self it would be crazy not to jump on it.

Pros

I’m not sure how to put this, but data research keeps ending up in the wrong hands. The team leads don’t really act like leaders instead, micromanagement is at its peak. While management overall is good and the new changes are positive, the team leads are making things worse with their constant control and authority. They question us about silly things like breaks, time, leaves, even personal matters. Even when we complete our work with good quality and 100% productivity, it feels like they just want us to be slaves saying yes and nod heads to whatever they say. Really disappointed with the way the team is handled. Please provide them some training or feedback to act matured and behave like a leader

Cons

Only middle people act as bossy and converting into BPO culture

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and for your three years of commitment to ZoomInfo. We're glad to hear you see value in our overall management and recent positive changes, but we take your concerns about team leadership seriously. At ZoomInfo, we believe great leaders empower their teams, not micromanage them. The behaviors you've described don't reflect our values or the culture we're building. We want every employee to feel trusted, respected, and able to do their best work. We'd welcome the opportunity to discuss this further. Please reach out to your HRBP or our People team directly. We have an open-door policy for exactly these situations, and your voice matters. - Brandon Tucker, ZoomInfo Chief Data Officer
