Cons

Immature bossy managers who only bring you down more than raising you up. Gay men announcing every second how proud they are to be gay (we get it! GREAT!). Unrealistic goals, they will put you on the spot and embarrass you. If you arent your direct supervisors favorite employee expect to be treated like your stupid everyday. When you get fired, be ready for no reason, and having no clue it will happen. be on your toes each day!

I have worked at DiscoverOrg for about a year and a half. Company wide in this office we do teamwork, we listen, we help and we respect. We do motivation and all together we do GREAT things. I personally never knew the importance of loving your job until I started working for DiscoverOrg. I can honestly say I never wake up and dread coming to work, (I may want to sleep in longer) but never dread it. The people I work with are my family, we have welcomed little ones into the world together, we do kickball ball together, we have shared engagements, and even celebrate dog birthdays together. And when work gets tough we collaborate and we don't give up. So if you want to work in an inspiring environment, where the upper management is involved and hard work gets noticed I would highly recommend DiscoverOrg.

Cons

There is a lot of work to be done but that is what keeps us all employed, hardly a con.
