      Pros

      Being surrounded by some truly stellar people. ZoomInfo has amazing talent, and people work hard and are committed to making a difference in their roles. Competitive pay and benefits, vacation, and bonuses The company is really working hard to value and respect employees, create policy in their best interest, and overall make it a great place to work!

      Cons

      Things change quickly, (not necessarily a "con")--just be prepared to work hard and move fast! There's not much that comes to mind that's a negative!

      Pros

      An amazing company to work for- I made some lifelong friends here! Everyone has so much passion for what they do, and the product is excellent.

      Cons

      There are some growing pains with some teams-G&A functions might require some additional processes/automation/tools to help scale.
