      Pros

      Every day we get to do something new. Immediate results. Incredible talent around the world. Huge growth potential. Leadership was incredibly supportive when we started our family. Benefits have something for everyone including fertility, pet care, mental health, life insurance, legal. Also, love, love, love our donation drive- competing internally to help our community most is super rewarding.

      Cons

      This is not for everyone, the pace is fast, and forward-looking. Having done good in the past isn't enough, the expectation is to beat and exceed expectations every day.

      Fantastic company to work for!

      Pros

      The possibilities are endless here in terms of career path and learning. The culture is absolutely amazing, best culture I've ever seen in my 20+ career. It's a real work hard/play hard feeling. If you are the king of person who ends up doing all the work in a group project and feeling frustrated- this company is perfect for you because EVERYONE does their fare share here. The goals and core values are alive in every interaction. Diversity and inclusion are at the forefront. The benefits and pay is also high!

      Cons

      Moving a mile a minute can be confusing. While purchasing several companies in such a short time is pretty amazing, it does leave room for lack of clarity on roles and rules of engagement. I know this is being worked on, but growing pains can be difficult to get through. Either way- no real con. It really is a great place to work!
