With such a fast pace, growing company there is endless opportunity to grow within your role and the company overall. I saw instant value add when I joined the company, and continue to be given new opportunities to show my skills and prove value add to the company overall.

Cons

Fast growth always comes with tight turnarounds, but to me that adds excitement, pressure and an overall feeling of success when the project launches.
