The culture here is literally amazing - no bs.

- collaborative environment - creative autonomy to carry out deliverables by management - leadership team actually practices what they preach with regards to values - you can Slack literally anyone in the org (regardless of title) and you'll get a response back - you get rewarded for your hard work and results (they just promoted me!) - very competitive compensation and commission structure for sales reps - this is ACTUALLY an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds

- it's definitely a competitive and high pace environment, some days can be long

Zoominfo was my first opportunity out of college - meaning I cannot speak for every other company in the market - but I haven't felt for a day that my leaders don't care about me. They are proactive in identifying ways I can develop, and very forward in supporting me inside and outside of work. Even the executive team shares their time and support, which says a lot given we have 2k+ employees. Short and sweet, join a company like Zoominfo and you'll develop at a top level.

Cons

If you aren't looking to spend your time and work hard, you shouldn't be in sales anyways! GREAT company if you like to compete, otherwise perhaps not the right fit
