Pros

Great market to enter into. Awesome platform that actually helps businesses grow and scale. Great management culture- they want to see you promoted. Good people- very diverse which I love. Ample opportunities to learn and grow. Awesome tech- stack! We use what we sell. Great pay and benefits!

Cons

Super fast paced. It could be easy to get lost in the mix. You put in what you get out and it takes lots of hard work, (which is probably a pro.) Much is expected out of you. Base pay is a little lower than I initially wanted but I understood the opportunity and was willing to accept.

The pace can be overwhelming at times, and you have to be very diligent to stay on top of product updates and initiatives. The enablement team is world class and gives you all the resources you need to be successful in managing changes.
