      - pays well - working with very smart people - allowing remote/ hybrid work options right now

      Cons

      - work life balance is not encouraged - constantly pushing for more without celebrating how far you've come - growing so fast and not sure they had a plan in place as to how they wanted to do that - encouraging people to come back to the office rather than continuing to be remote (could be pro as well)
