      Pros

      Very supportive & accessible leadership; personal lives are valued; great benefits, company success is shared with employees; there is a lot of room to do more (if you want to).

      Cons

      (not necessarily a con but worth mentioning) fast-moving environment, high expectations/high pressure (not for everyone); infrastructure departments, (i.e. HR) can struggle with keeping up (i.e. processes can be slow, turnaround time can lag, etc…)

      Fast growing company with plenty of opportunity. Work location flexibility, stock options, snacks in office, all a plus. Previous HR leadership left

      Growing pains in leadership. Not the best processes for things, sometimes there is a lack in communication, alignment of goals, or tools needed to succeed.
