      Leadership is fair, approachable, and has been good to work with. From day 1 I’ve felt abnormally well equipped with tools and resources to excel. ZoomInfo culture is a winning team and environment type atmosphere, is yet so welcoming and accepting to meet faces joining.

      Pros

      I continue to be amazed what we are able to do for our clients. The company culture is obsessed with getting better every day and it shows. The innovations we've made in the first half of the year are more than I've seen made in previous companies in 5 year spans. The sales culture is hardworking and driven to succeed. If you put in the effort, you will do great here.

      Cons

      The only cons are the growing pains of a rapidly growing company. However, it's great to see that there is always a focus on getting better.
