As a company we put a lot of time and effort into the creation of our training materials and programs, and we invest heavily into the success of our new hires. The nature of the Sales Development Representative role is that it is volume-based; however, you will get out of it what you put in. Being an SDR with us is an excellent way to start a career in tech sales – we see many SDRs promoted to Account Executives within a year, and in fact, we have several employees in leadership positions who began their careers with us as SDRs.
