Management genuinely supports growth, providing opportunities to lead, contribute, and expand your strengths. I’m empowered to be the expert in my role and trusted to make meaningful decisions. Transparent leadership that communicates openly about expectations, priorities, and the direction of the company. A future-focused organization that’s constantly improving and innovating. I have all the tools, resources, and an incredible team that enables success every day. From an IT perspective, there’s always something impactful to work on — high-value projects that make the job exciting and rewarding. You genuinely feel like you’re contributing to a company that is thriving and continually evolving.

      Cons

      With a fast-moving company, there’s always a lot to do, which can be challenging if you’re not someone who enjoys a dynamic and evolving environment. Communication across some cross-functional teams can occasionally lag due to the pace, but it continues to improve.

      Great Company to Break into Tech

      Solid product market fit, heavy inbound lead flow, attractive commission structure

      Cons

      Terrible work-life balance. Cheesy sales/ discount tactics that prospects see right through. Extremely transactional - making it difficult to accurately forecast. Many of the companies you speak with will have no real need and its about capitalizing on these prospects emotions in the moment

In SMB, the sale is sometimes more transactional, and that is because we are often helping smaller companies quickly change the trajectory of their business with our solutions. That can make forecasting harder at times, but we are proud to show up whenever customers need us. On work life balance, we have made real progress. We encourage reps to align with their leaders on their personal priorities and time off needs so they can take care of themselves and still hit their number.
