Pros
The earning potential at ZoomInfo is real. Working here has changed my life. Quotas and commission plans have always been favorable. It is a sales focused organization. I do feel that ZoomInfo always tries to do the right thing and make positive changes, though it does sometimes take time given the size of the org. There are a lot of super smart and talented people here. The product is great and there is true PMF and inbound interest. There is room to grow here, internal promotions and lateral moves across the org are well supported. Excellent leadership from the CEO.
Cons
There are some unhealthy cultures in pockets of teams here, specifically around work life balance and PTO. Health insurance recently changed from BCBS to United, which creates a lot of denied claim issues and hassle.
